BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 
You have a technical education at university or master's level in industrial economics, quality, product development, mechanical engineering, logistics, data or similar. Relevant work experience is meritorious, but above all we are looking for you who have the desire to develop together with us. Basically, you have a burning interest in technology and a desire to be part of technological development. As a person, you are committed and persistent; you strive to deliver your utmost at the right time with the customer in focus. In your work you can see your contribution to the whole, you create a transparent environment with your colleagues and prioritize long-term sustainable solutions. You are responsive and have high social skills while being able to quickly adapt to the culture and needs of the customer/project. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is required in both speech and writing. PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE You are a person who can navigate in business organizations, is communicative, structured and comfortable working both independently and in teams towards set goals. As a person, you like variety and have a desire to make a difference. You can lead yourself and others through challenging situations. If you are also an improvement enthusiast who gets others involved in your commitment, that is a big plus.
